New OPTICUT 15 intake for VBP 7100 Series

The sliding knife cassette allows operators to inspect, clean and replace the knives without tools, helping to reduce maintenance time.

Patented* pro-active knife cleaning prevents all knives, including those not in use, from jamming. Individual kink-spring protection keeps each knife securely in its selected position, whether cutting or not. Together, these features help minimise interruptions and maintain consistent cutting performance throughout the working day.

Efficient crop flow

The OPTICUT 15 intake is combined with our proven INTEGRAL ROTOR technology, providing a consistent crop flow from the pick-up to the bale chamber. This contributes to reliable cutting performance, high throughput and low power requirements.

With 15 knives, the system offers a theoretical cutting length of 70 mm.
