By combining crop transfer, feeding and distribution within one rotor, the system creates a continuous crop flow from pick-up to bale chamber. While the core principle remains unchanged, KUHN has continuously refined the technology to meet evolving customer needs and harvesting conditions.

Integrating crop transfer, distribution and feeding into one rotor ensures a direct and uninterrupted crop flow, while reducing the number of moving parts. Over the years, KUHN has continued to enhance the INTEGRAL ROTOR concept. One example is KUHN's patented* elliptical rotor tine design, which creates a slicing action as the crop passes the knives. This contributes to smooth crop flow, excellent cutting quality and efficient crop intake.
