How to maintain your power harrow and extend its life?
To extend the life of your power harrow, it is important to check your equipment. The maintenance period is ideal for greasing and cleaning the machine, as well as checking the condition of wearing parts.

Equipped with tungsten carbide inserts and a "V" profile, DURAKARB technology tines have been specially designed to meet the most extreme and wearing conditions. This makes it possible to work on soils with stone blocks weighing more than 10 kg.

Deep tillage
Low-abrasive soils
The standard long tine is 50 mm longer to allow deeper tillage, like for growing potatoes. With the FAST-FIT system, tines are replaced in just few minutes.
Only available for machines of the HR 1004 series
Abrasive soils or intensive work
The DURAKUHN long tine is 50 mm longer to allow deeper tillage, like for growing potatoes. It is coated over a height of 150 mm.

Stubble cultivation
Unploughed soils
OPTIMIX tines have an "attacking" shape and are not bevelled to penetrate unploughed soils more easily. They will be your perfect ally for the preparation of the seedbed after stubble ploughing, decompacting or for the destruction of pastures.
This is one of the four carbide inserts available for the DURAKARB tooth. Their total height is 136mm. The inserts are held securely in place by the support, which helps to prevent the inserts from breaking.

You want to know how to replace your tines easily, without wasting time.
All new tines are equipped with the FAST-FIT quick-change system so that you can change them in just a few minutes.
The tines are held in place in the holder by a forged steel tooth bridge. For simple and easy access, the tines are locked in place by a special automatic pin on the underside of the tine bridge. An integrated guard on the tine support prevents the loss of tine fasteners in the event of an impact.
