The CDA distribution system (Coaxial Distribution Adjustment) ensures precise and constant spreading, even when there are variations in working width and ground speed. An ultra-slow agitator (360° at 17 rpm) regulates supply to the spreading discs, preventing damage to the granules. The special three-point shape of the metering outlets creates a progressive and regular flow the to the spreading discs. An outlet guide brush directs the fertiliser flow to an exact point on the disc to ensure an exact drop point.

EMC (Electronic Mass Control) technology* regulates the flow rate independently on the left and right every second. The concept is simple: sensors measure the drive torque on each disc every second. If there is a blockage or clogging, outlet opening is immediately and automatically adjusted! This unique system, made by KUHN, enables every plant on the plot to receive just the right dose of fertiliser, even on sloping plots. No need to do a calibration test! Just enter the application rate and start spreading!

VARISPREAD equipment makes it possible to vary working width from the tractor’s ISOBUS terminal directly. VARISPREAD PRO section control* has SpeedServo electric motors to adjust working width continuously and at high speeds by modifying the drop points and the application rate. This results in a perfect spread fan adapted to the shape of the plot, even at high speeds.

During fertilisation jobs, outlet opening and closing at headlands depends on the type of fertiliser, the working width, and the type of spreading disc. With some « fertiliser/working width » combinations, metering outlets close while the operator is already turning at the headland. This results in underdosing on the inside of the bend and overdosing on the outside. 

The new OPTIPOINT PRO technology* adjusts the spread pattern when turning at headlands by increasing the working width towards the middle of the plot. The outlets are closed sooner, at the beginning of the headland turn. The spread fan does not pivot which means the right application rate is delivered all the way up to the headland. 

In fertilization, field corners represent difficult areas to spread for a centrifugal fertilizer spreader. Hence under-dosing is frequent in these areas, causing yield losses.

The CORNER CONTROL technology* provides an effective solution to this problem. Thanks to independent opening of the left and right outlets, the system activates the outlet earlier on the edge of the field. This allows fertilizer to reach the corner of the plot more easily, ensuring a consistent application rate and optimized yield across the entire field, including in areas that are usually poorly supplied. A real advantage that allows you to combine yield and environment.
