Mowing, conditioning and swathing in a single pass!

Eagerly awaited, it is finally here! The first models of the FC 9330 RA mower-conditioner with swath grouper are working in the plains. With this new model in the KUHN mower-conditioner range, some forages can be grouped as soon as they are cut.

A revolutionary look

The mowing unit features a new frame and new support arms for the mowing-grouping units. Compared to conventional machines, the mowing unit center of gravity is advanced by 15 cm resulting in reduced weight and increased compactness! Access to the tractor rear is easy owing to the machine's front guards that automatically retract to the rear when set in the folded position; an exclusivity providing increased safety.

Perfectly adapted to your machine fleet

Another important thing when working: the harvesting equipment requires an adaptation of the swath width. With the new FC 9330 RA, this width is easily adjusted from the cab, between 1.80 and 3.60 m. This allows adapting to balers, self-propelled loader wagons but also to wide pick-ups preferred in plots with high density forage. Adaptable to all situations, forage can be delivered in swaths, flat or with a single belt in use, for example when mowing plot contours.

Work with peace of mind

The new design of the hydraulic functions (tank and integrated hydraulic circuit as standard) avoids significant hydraulic requirements during work, eliminates overheating and increases machine function responsiveness. Belt tension and maintenance are done centrally, quickly and with ease.

The ISOBUS technology available for mowing

Take advantage of the ISOBUS technology for the first time on a KUHN mower! The various machine controls can be monitored by an ISOBUS compatible on-board terminal or one of the optional CCI 800 or 1200 terminals to choose from. In addition, by adding the CCI A3 joystick, the most common actions can easily be performed thanks to the display of functions on its integrated screen.

All the KUHN expertise integrated in the mower

All KUHN’s expertise is also present on the machine. The Lift-Control suspension, adjustable in the cabin, is combined with the NON-STOP release system for efficient mowing unit protection. Also, both mowing units are fitted with the OPTIDISC ELITE cutter bars featuring 8 discs and of 3.50 m width. For optimal work on bends and slopes, the cutting overlap with the front mower conditioner FC 3125 F is of 42 cm per side! Finally, conditioning can be adapted to forages and weather conditions owing to the two lever-controlled speeds. A transfer plate positioned between mowing units and conveyor belts prevents crop loss. For sure, with this machine, you will obtain forage of perfect quality, and in a way enjoy work...
