The GMD 15030 awarded FARM MACHINE 2026 at the AGRITECHNICA 2025 in Hannover. With a working width of 14.50 metres, the machine delivers up to 50% more output compared to traditional triple mower combinations, which typically range between 9 and 10 metres.

With a working width of 14.50 metres in combination with a 3.10-metre front mower, it is possible to reach outputs of 20 ha/h at 15 kph.

The unique folding mechanism allows the cutter bars to fold back at an angle of almost 180°. Making the machine remarkably compact in transport mode, measuring less than 3 metres wide and under 3.8 metres high. It’s a real gain in comfort and safety on the road.

The main objective remains a high fodder quality

The disc mower is equipped with the renowned equipment of the KUHN range such as the OPTIDISC ELITE cutter bar recognized for its robustness and cutting quality in all conditions. Easy to use, the cutter bar requires no oil change, so time and money are saved on maintenance. To prevent damage during mowing, the PROTECTADRIVE safety system, exclusive to KUHN, is designed to cope with obstacles.

The four aligned bars on the mower ensure optimal ground following thanks to an independent articulation on each of the two side cutter bars.

The LIFT-CONTROL suspension and NON-STOP break-away safety systems have been especially adapted to the machine so it can pivot to avoid obstacles in the middle and on the outside.

The ISOBUS solution for greater comfort

As standard, the GMD 15030 can be controlled via the KFA 12 in-cab control box for easy and intuitive use. For those who want to benefit from advanced features, ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL can be fitted on the machine. With an ISOBUS compatible on-board terminal or one of the KUHN CCI solutions (CCI 60, CCI 800 or CCI 1200) control all the machine functionalities and automated functions such as headland sequences or Section Control.
