GEO 3002: autonomy and high-performance spraying jobs

Designed for orchards and vineyards looking for more autonomy, the new GEO 3002 sprayer features a 3,000-litre tank, exceptional air-flow rate, and precision-spraying technologies. A tool made to increase productivity and application precision.

Both orchard and vineyard productions may have to deal with very big spraying jobs. With high application rates, large areas, and shorter weather windows, the requirements in terms of working range and speed have never been as high.
With a 3,000-litre capacity and fan capable of generating up to 95,730 m³/h of air, the GEO 3002  sprayer was designed to be a long-range, high-output and high-quality application tool in order to meet the needs of farms in the most demanding orchard and vineyard conditions.

3,000-L main tank for higher productivity

The GEO 3002 sprayer's 3,000-litre main tank means fewer filling stops and more time for spraying. The additional volume is a major advantage when plots are located far apart or when time slots for treatments are limited.

R-110-HF fan: airflow up to 95,730 m³/h

GEO 3002 sprayers can carry the biggest fan in the GEO 2 range: the R-110-HF fan. It measures 1,100 mm in diameter and can generate up to 95,730 m³/h of air, which creates excellent product penetration into the vegetation when working at high speeds.
With double-outlet configuration and 26 adjustable double nozzles, as standard, the GEO 3002 is ideal for orchards and vineyards that require large volumes of air.

HF technology and patented « Wave Blades »: more air, less resistance

The HF (High Flow) fan features patented « Wave Blades », developed to optimise air flow and improve aerodynamic efficiency. The innovative design increases the volume of air generated while reducing turbulence.
This technology also helps reduce the turbine's power requirement and noise levels. Tests show noise levels are up to 7 dB lower than equivalent standard fans.

Equipment made for high volumes

For optimum use of the 3,000-litre capacity, the GEO 3002  sprayer has equipment that is specially adapted.

  • This new high-capacity tank comes with a 300-litre rinsing tank and an optional rinsing circuit that can integrate three rotating nozzles, making tank cleaning easier.
  • The BHS 200 pump, with four pistons and 200 L/min flow rate, mixes the product efficiently. It is made of brass so is highly resistant to the most corrosive and abrasive products.
  • GEO 3002 sprayers can also be fitted with a 30-litre chemical induction bowl. This is double the volume of induction bowls on other GEO 2 models; ideal for a 3,000-litre machine.

DETECT technology: spraying only where necessary

GEO 3002 sprayers can be equipped with DETECT technology, which uses vegetation sensors fitted to the machine. It automates the start and stop of spraying depending on whether trees are detected.
It is particularly useful in orchards with gaps or uneven rows to avoid spraying areas with no trees. It reduces product consumption and makes the operator's job easier.
Being compatible with DPAE BRAVO and DPAE ISOBUS regulation systems, it fits nicely into a precision and sustainable crop-protection approach.

ISOBUS control: precision and operating simplicity

The GEO 3002 has an ISOBUS version so can be controlled from the tractor's ISOBUS terminal directly or with a CCI 800 or CCI 1200 terminal. This limits the number of screens in the tractor cab, which is a real advantage in the often smaller orchard and vineyard tractors.
The ISOBUS terminal gives you access to advanced features such as automatic section control via GPS, real-time field monitoring and job documentation. It is compatible with decision-support tools and prescription maps for application rate adjustment, enabling increasingly precise spraying practices.

For users who prefer front suction, KUHN also offers the ANTIS 3002 air-blast sprayer, featuring the same basic design but fitted with special front suction fans.
