FARM MACHINE 2022, MULTI-LEADER XT is the winner in the tillage

The new single-wheel semi-mounted plough MULTI-LEADER XT has convinced the expert jury of FARM MACHINE 2022. – It is the winner in the tillage category!

With the advanced design of the MULTI-LEADER XT for tractors up to 500 hp, KUHN responds to tomorrow's demand. The high flexibility of the LEADER is due to the optional on-land linkage, which also allows working in the furrow. The various optional equipment, such as the packer arm or  a wide range of tools for the first tillage step, offers the right solution for different conditions. The 7 to 9 furrow Z-frame for ploughing at the edge of the field without the support wheel protruding has been strengthened in the course of modernisation and is therefore more robust with a lower overall weight.

Like all KUHN ploughs, the MULTI-LEADER XT is equipped with automatic pull point adjustment as standard, so the plough always runs straight, saving operating resources and minimising wear.

Many thanks to our customers and dealers! Together we have developed the unique DNA of the new single-wheel semi-mounted plough. With the MULTI-LEADER XT, we continue to write the almost 200-year development history of KUHN agricultural machinery.

It is an honor for us to win this award! I would like to thank the jury and the traction team who organized the FARM MACHINE Award. I would also like to thank KUHN Germany and all the other KUHN teams: the R&D colleagues, the purchasing team, the sales team - without this teamwork we wouldn’t have gone so far with this plough.

We are looking forward to presenting the MULTI-LEADER XT at the Agritechnica 2023. With this new semi-mounted plough, we are looking positively at the "heavy-duty" plough segment.
