AXIS 25: a new fertiliser spreader for increased precision and productivity
KUHN's range evolves with the integration of the new centrifugal fertiliser spreader AXIS 25, designed to gain on output, autonomy and in-field precision.
Compact and versatile, il features significant developments in terms of capacity, output and comfort of use while retaining the technologies for which the AXIS range is renowned.

More autonomy and exceptional spreading output
The AXIS 25 fertiliser spreader combines a capacity of up to 3,500 liters with a redesigned spreading system capable of achieving a maximum output of 675 kg/min. This performance is made possible by a outlet opening increased by more than 30%, meeting the needs of farms and agricultural businesses seeking higher productivity.
Even distribution up to 42 m
With an extended 20° drop-point range, the AXIS 25 fertiliser spreader offers greater adjustment flexibility using a single set of discs, allowing spreading patterns to be adapted to different fertilisers. This development ensures uniform distribution up to 36 m for urea and 42 m for ammonium nitrate.
A range adapted to each farm
The AXIS 25 fertiliser spreader is available in three versions:
- AXIS 25 D: valve control via double-acting hydraulic cylinders.
- AXIS 25 V: valve control via SpeedServo electric motors, featuring automatic application rate adjustment based on ground speed (DPAE) and ISOBUS compatibility. An optional weighing frame is available for weight-based rate control and display of the remaining hopper quantity.
- AXIS 25 M-EMC: EMC technology with independent left/right control and ISOBUS compatibility. An optional weighing frame is available for displaying the remaining hopper quantity.
This range allows the level of automation and precision to be tailored to the needs of each farm
Distribution and application rate precision: KUHN's DNA is retained
True to the DNA of the AXIS range, this new model builds on KUHN technologies renowned for their precision. The CDA system ensures uniform distribution, regardless of the application rate, ground speed, or working width. Meanwhile, EMC and SpeedServo technologies enable continuous, high-speed, independent regulation of the application rate on the left and right sides.
Innovations to go even further
The new-generation AXIS 25 incorporates major upgrades to refine spreading precision under real-world conditions:
- VARISPREAD 18: 18-section working width adjustment via application rate modification to reduce overlap and prevent over-application, particularly in wedge-shaped areas.
- New border deflectors:
- TELIMAT X: enables precise control of border spreading, optimized for either yield or environmental protection.
- GSE X: enables border spreading optimized for yield or environmental protection. It is also suitable for bed-based spreading in market gardening or high-value crops, avoiding fertilisation of the wheel tracks.
These upgrades allow for continuous adjustment of fertilisation to field conditions, ensuring more precise and efficient fertiliser use.
Designed to simplify daily work
Designed for practical use in the field, the AXIS 25 features numerous equipment that enhance user comfort: easy hopper access via a folding ladder, a multi-position cover, integrated wheels for handling, and optimized lighting for night work. Every detail has been engineered to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
With this new generation, KUHN offers a spreader that combines proven technologies with targeted innovations, delivering more precise, high-performance, and sustainable fertilisation.
