AGRI-LONGER GII 5045P - 6045P
The AGRI-LONGER GII with pivot-mounted arm safety is intended for individual farmers or municipal maintenance in small and medium-sized towns, but also for collective use by small agricultural equipment cooperatives.
These models are equipped with a powerful 45 hp / 33 kW rotor circuit, making them perfectly suited for any job.
All of the machines in this collection come with a pivot-mounted safety as standard, enabling the operator to perform a 116° rear sweep.
The straight arm is available with a horizontal reach of 5 and 6 m. The first, more compact option is ideally-suited to mowing operations in narrow tracks. The second is ideal for jobs requiring a greater reach.

Work in difficult-to-reach areas
In mowing or brushcutting mode, the arm retracts automatically to the rear on encountering an obstacle. This arm safety protects the entire machine structure.
In "rear slewing" mode, you skirt obstacles at an angle of 116°. Hedges and embankments along dead-end paths are no longer a problem.
In "narrow track" mode, the arm position on the frame makes it possible to work (including behind the tractor wheel) without having the main/outer boom joint enter the cutting plane.

Reach
With horizontal reaches from 4.90 to 6 m and a vertical reach of up to 7.15 m, the AGRI-LONGER GII models with pivot-mounted arm safety can tackle the widest variety of jobs.
Overcoming obstacles
Due to the top-side position of the outer boom cylinder, scrub can be cleared over fences or hedges without the risk of snagging.

Reconstituted VHYS structure
The frame and the main boom feature a reconstituted structure of very high strength steel, similar to the materials used in large-scale professional machines. The mechanical design features larger dimensions to withstand higher loads.
The 1.20 m flail head is fitted with a universal rotor featuring 48 Y-flails (direct drive) and 60 Y-flails (double cog-type V-belt drive). The reversible rotor can be turned over to even out wear-and-tear on the blades, as well as the lugs.

Oversized radiator as standard
An oversized 12kW air-cooled radiator is standard and ensures a constant power supply to the mowing unit. This range is recommended for up to 250 hours of use / year.
Easy to drive and operate
The pivot with a 116° slew angle allows operators to access even the most hard-to-reach sites. It is also the arm safety system for obstacle clearance.
A more compact housing means less overhang behind the tractor. A sloping lower surface makes it easier to reach over obstacles (for ditches, etc.).
A semi-automatic hitch bar provides greater safety and comfort when starting up the machine. As standard, the AGRI-LONGER GII comes with a hitch bar and two universal joint stabilisers. Several other optional hitch systems are available.
