Gardien X can be fitted with multiple options, such as tank, boom, pump, thus creating the ideal combination for your crop. Manual "X"-folding boom"

Made with carbon steel tubes and a combination of lattice beams, which ensure resistance in the field, the Gardien X sprayer is easy to transport and store thanks to the X-boom supporting architecture, which takes up less space and provides ease of movement. With two boom size options: 10 and 12 meters, the Gardien X is robust and has established itself on the market as a durable product. In addition, it has simple adjustments and is easy to operate. The boom is opened manually. Tools are required for setting the height to the required level in accordance to preset possibilities.

Frame

To maintain the good work performance of the booms, the Gardien X frame offers two setting possibilities: with suspension or fixed. Fixed for flat terrain and with suspension for uneven soil conditions. The function of the frame is to monitor the topography of the terrain. Even in areas with irregular topography, the frame prevents the boom from coming into contact with the ground and ensures excellent application. All are made of carbon steel of excellent durability for field work. To ensure continuous work, the set of hinges provides boom pivot in case the boom collides with an obstacle.

Safety and comfort

Diaphragm or piston pump for the Gardien X

There are two pump options for the Gardien X: diaphragm or piston pump. The piston pump version is simple and robust and can be used for various applications. They are developed and produced in-house, from the casting process to the final tests, for ensured product reliability. The piston pump is produced in cast iron, with three pistons and a ceramic lining. As for the diaphragm option, it is restricted to a single machine option, however its application in the field is increasingly differentiated. It provides more stable pressures due to the precise synchronization and the possibility of using concentrated liquids. Gardien X sprayer is a simple and easy to maintain machine, requiring only preventive maintenance and regular care.

Spraying circuit and its accessories

Circuit and spraying control

Gardien X is a machine adapted to small tractors. The chassis, boom and spray circuit ensure optimum field performance. This machine is manufactured to meet the daily life of the farmer. Its components of high durability and corrosion resistance give it a different performance. Spray control is configured as standard with two-sections and a main shut-off valve. Although simple, the Gardien X sprayer line has a hydraulic injector-type refilling system. By connecting a hose ready-for-use and feeding the circuit with a small volume of water in order to eliminate the air from the circuit, the tank will be refilled within minutes.
