While the FC 13460 RA mower-conditioner can reach a working width of 13.40 m, it is above all a concentrate of technologies at the service of the performance of harvesting operations.
It is an enduring machine, designed to increase the productivity of harvesting systems while reducing the cost of mowing. Its robustness and low maintenance minimize maintenance costs. Its belt grouper forms a swath in a single pass with the forage collected over more than 13.00 m of cut. This allows you to exploit the full potential of the forage harvester!

The particular kinematics of the suspension protects your soil from compaction. The load distribution, the limited weight and the large tires, inflated at low pressure prevent damaging the soil structure, even in wet conditions. With a cutting width of 13.40 m, the FC 13460 RA mower exceeds the mowing width of most mounted triple combinations by 25 to 30%. Its exceptional output ensures rapid mowing of larger areas.
The wide conveyors with adjustable speed allow the forage to be grouped on a swath of approx. 1.80 m to 3.00 m. They can be raised to perform wide delivery.

In a single pass, the FC 13460 RA mower forms a swath with the forage harvested over more than 13 m, saving the cost of using a rake and forming a swath sufficient to exploit the full potential of the forage harvester.
In the event of low forage density and in the presence of a 15 m rake with 4 rotors, round-trip mowing with a single raised conveyor allows the forage cut over 24 m to be delivered on the ground over approx. 15 m.

All machine controls are grouped together on the ISOBUS terminal (ISOBUS CCI 1200 or CCI 800 terminals available as an option). All machine functions, as well as the front mower, are easily controllable. At a glance, all settings and indicators can be viewed. The ISOBUS CCI A3 joystick also makes it easier to use, displaying icons related to machine functions which is very convenient when changing drivers!

The mowing quality is the first requirement of farmers. To meet this challenge, the FC 13460 RA mower is equipped with renowned components from the KUHN range such as the OPTIDISC ELITE cutter bar.
The variable spacing between the discs ensures an impeccable cut, even at high speeds and in terrain conditions. The divergent discs are closer (A) to promote a clean cut thanks to the knife overlap. The spacing of the converging discs is increased to improve forage evacuation (B). Four individual cutter bars with 6 discs each form the heart of the mower unit.

The finger conditioner adapted to your needs

The new generation retractable steel finger conditioner is the guarantee of high-quality conditioning. The fingers are driven by a gearbox with selector lever to easily adapt the conditioning to the types of forage and the harvesting conditions.

The benefits of the telescopic axle

The telescopic axle deploys at work to obtain a tire spacing of 3.00 m.
The clearance is increased and facilitates the formation of a wider swath of regular shape for even drying and improved pick-up by a forage harvester. In addition, the wide track increases stability during U-turns and prevents the wheels from rolling in the tractor's wheel tracks.

LIFT-CONTROL: ensuring perfect ground following

The LIFT-CONTROL suspension is continuously regulated at work. This allows the FC 13460 RA mower to ensure an excellent ground following quality, whatever the conditions. The ground pressure can be adjusted at any time from the ISOBUS control interface.

The CCI 1200 ISOBUS terminal certified by the AEF focuses on three priorities: performance, visibility and flexibility. It allows controlling intuitively your machines with its anti-glare touchscreen of large size 12.1"/30.5 cm. All the information essential for work are displayed in different formats (vertical, horizontal, maxi-view, mini-view, double UT...). Connecting one or two cameras increases the comfort of use.

CCI 800 terminal

The CCI 800 ISOBUS terminal certified by the AEF has an 8"/20.3 cm touch screen. Essential information is displayed with a main view and mini-views on the side. To enlarge a mini-view, you only need to click on it. It offers the same applications as the CCI 1200 terminal. Increase the ease of use by connecting one or two cameras.

Control your machines differently

With a CCI A3 joystick, view your machine functions directly on the touchscreen of your joystick. Select the right function at the right time. The CCI A3 is AUX-N ISOBUS certified by the AEF and compatible with all AUX-N certified ISOBUS machines. The touchscreen offers a very intuitive colour interface allowing the view of all your ISOBUS machine functions for safe working.
