Reinforced structure from one end to the other

Chassis and tank

The AF line was designed regarding the most severe field conditions. It is a simple yet robust machine, with a chassis made of powder coated carbon steel corner. The three available models - cereals, coffee and bananas - can vary in tank capacity: mounted version of 400 and 600 liters or trailed of 2000 liters. The choice can be made based on the capacity of the tractor or for reasons of autonomy or operational performance.
The AF line has a tank produced in fiber, which facilitates an eventual repair in the event of an incident. All cannons are tested and approved within the strictest technical requirements.

Triple outlet with height for your need

The AF line provides the widest range of application on the market, featuring three air vents – two for short distances and one for long distances – all with a special design and a nozzle composition that greatly favors the formation of the jet, which consequently is designed for great distances.
Seeking to optimize the application and effectively reach the targets, the AF line has 3 versions based on the jet outlet height, as follows:
Cereals Version: A lower machine, with application directed to low growing crops.
Coffee version: With higher outlet height, aimed at crops such as coffee and orange. For medium sized crops.
Banana version: With a much higher output, its application is suitable in banana crops.

Simple and accurate composition for excellent results

Centrifugal pump

In order to provide a simply-built machine, but with a better reach in band spraying, the Cannon line is equipped with a robust centrifugal pump, which transports the liquid to the nozzles without generating excess pressure; simply by placing the desired flow on the outlets. The air power, provided by the special design of the machine, promotes the explosion of drops, with maximum projection towards the target.
The pump is connected to the drive circuit with easy access for maintenance. It is also possible to replenish through it, considering its workload.

Blower and drive circuit assembly

Blower unit

It is not just a detail, but the sum of all the elements that make up the AF highlights the machine with the widest range of application on the market. The fundamental component, the blower unit, is connected to a set of pulley and belt, driven by PTO in a special connection between them, with a 500 or 600 mm propeller made entirely of aluminum, and a specific design that ensures a ventilation of 6,500 and 9,000 m³/h, respectively. The blower box, a radial centrifugal type, enhances the use of air, which continues to be channeled through ducts to the outlet.
This flow is what makes the difference, both for the drop to drip along the nozzles and for propelling it to the target.

For maximum safety during maintenance, refilling of the equipment during stirring of the spray mixture, the AF air-blast sprayer line has a coupling system that allows the propeller unit to be disengaged, leaving the drive circuit in neutral position. The operation is simple and easy, and the coupling/uncoupling is done with a light touch on the notch.
This is one of the great feature of this equipment, as it does not produce noise or use fuel from the tractor when refilling the machine, because it does not generate effort from the tractor.
