A robust and easy-to-handle machine

Corrosion-resistant frame

The products used in sprayers can be highly corrosive, and even small traces of rust can damage the frame. With its galvanized coating, the frame is fully protected against corrosion, ensuring enhanced durability and reliability for all of your vineyard and orchard jobs.

Keep the balance!

The 3-in-1 tank has an ergonomic design and is remarkably stable. The three polyethylene tanks (main tank, clean water tank and hand-washing tank) are symmetrical and fit together perfectly. This design ensures perfect machine stability on the road and at work regardless of tank volumes.

High-performance spraying

Rear suction: High work output!

The rear air-suction concept has a higher airflow capacity that generates a larger volume of air. This feature improves product distribution, ensuring wider and higher coverage as well as increased work output. The system is particularly beneficial on sprayers with round fans, where it helps to maximise performance.

R-75 and R-90 fans

GEO mounted sprayers can be equipped with 750- or 900-mm diameter round rear suction fans. Round fans generate high air flow, making it possible to spray at a greater distance from trees and target tall crops effectively. This versatility makes the GEO an excellent choice for bush orchards. It can also be used in trellised orchards, such as vineyards and apple orchards.

Air deflectors and straighteners are available to ensure uniform airflow directed at the target.

GEO M sprayers can be equipped with high-performance APS 71 or APS 96 piston-diaphragm pumps

Change the direction of your nozzles to optimise spraying

GEO sprayers come with nozzles on adjustable nozzle holders that allow you to direct the airflow, and can accommodate two different nozzles, in order to optimise spraying to requirements.
The nozzles can be shut off when not needed, for example, when they are too low in relation to the vegetation.

Ergonomic operation

Electric (electric regulation) control box

Make your jobs easier with electric regulation

The electric regulation system automatically adjusts the flow rate in line with engine speed. Users benefit from a straightforward control box that makes it easy to adjust pressure and open and close the sections right from the cab

Spraying jobs with no risk of clogging

The GEO sprayer is equipped with three standard filters: a basket filter, a suction filter and a pressurised filter. It can also be equipped with section filters, as an option. This multi-level filter system greatly reduces the risk of clogging in the nozzles and pipes, ensuring high performances and reduced maintenance.

Efficient rinsing!

For maximum efficiency, the sprayers feature an optional tank rinsing system with rotating nozzles. This ensures no product residue remains in the tank before a new solution is added, avoids deposits on the tank walls, and prevents nozzles and pipes from clogging. The result is optimal performance and a longer service life for your equipment.

Equipment

Optional equipment is available to provide greater user comfort and/or performance. Machines can be customised to meet farm requirements.

Pistol-grip spray wand

A pistol-grip spray wand is available in addition to the hose reel.

Reel with 50-metre hose

The hose reel is located at the back of the sprayer which allows for targeted treatments including in areas that are difficult to access

External suction by venturi

This sprayer can be equipped with a hose that draws water from an external source as well as powder and liquid products

DPAE ISOBUS Solutions with CCI 800 and 1200 terminals

The ISOBUS spraying application allows the sprayer to be controlled from the tractor’s ISOBUS terminal in the cab, or the CCI 800 or 1200 terminals. On the work screen, all essential information for precise spraying is displayed and can be adjusted according to the user's preferences. The CCI terminals provide access to precision farming technologies such as automatic section control and variable rate application. The SWITCHBOX auxiliary, supplied as standard, allows simple and efficient operation.
