The Grain Max cart line was developed to speed up the crop flow process. With equipment ranging from 11,000 to 50,000 litres, it caters to everyone's needs, from small to large producers, with a well-structured and high-quality product to instil confidence and safety during harvest. Speeding up the crop flow process is vital, especially with ever-shrinking planting and harvesting windows. With this in mind, the Grain Max line offers the agility producers need, with fast discharge equipment providing up to a 25% increase in crop flow.

When we talk about safety and robustness, we refer to Grain Max carts, designed with the daily challenges of farming in mind. This product was developed with a focus on its structural robustness to provide the safety and confidence you seek during harvest. With a high-strength monoblock chassis structure, a storage tank assembled with an internal brace system for reinforcement, and a reinforced wheel system for equipment stability, all made from high-quality carbon steel for maximum durability.

Ease and safety come first

Opening indicator

The Grain Max carts were developed for high performance, with significant attention to the operational aspect. As a result, this equipment includes an indicator for the grain discharge gate opening, allowing the operator to see the gate's position during operation. The grain discharge gate is hydraulically operated and can be activated via the tractor's hydraulic control or through an optional remote control (electro-hydraulic system), making the operation more convenient, as the operator doesn't need to be inside the tractor cabin to activate it, ensuring agility and safety.

Level viewers

Attention to detail is crucial in a project, as we know how exhausting and challenging daily farm work can be. With this in mind, we've incorporated level viewers into our equipment, allowing the operator to see the equipment's capacity during grain collection or discharge without leaving or moving from the tractor. The level viewers, located at the front of the equipment, show the current load level.

Access ladder

The Grain Max line includes various equipment sizes, but all maintain the same design focus, ensuring every detail is considered. This approach allows us to offer the same benefits to all our customers, regardless of the equipment's size. As a result, our entire line includes an access ladder to facilitate internal access when needed. It's these small details that make our equipment reliable and beneficial, simplifying your daily tasks and ensuring safety and convenience.

Various configurations to make your daily life easier

The Grain Max cart line was created to bring more convenience and comfort to daily work, thus creating several optional features to further simplify day-to-day tasks. As we know, there are already many challenges to overcome, and observing these details, we developed equipment to facilitate work with due attention to the operational. Focusing on this point, we aim to bring even more conveniences and innovations to your daily farming tasks, meticulously taking care of each of these details, considering every operation, every type of work, and every possible detail, offering comfort, safety, and agility to assist during the harvest period.

Complementary transmission

Practicality in daily life is essential, and with this in mind, a complementary transmission option was added to the Grain Max line. Its function is to adapt to the tractor's power take-off rotation, allowing us to attach the cart with this system to tractors with a PTO of 540RPM as well as tractors with a PTO of 1000RPM. This makes operations easier since at any moment you can replace the tractor in use, and with a simple change of the cardan position, your equipment is ready to operate regardless of your PTO's rotation.

Flow director

The optional flow director is attached to the discharge tube's exit, facilitating the unloading operation. It is activated by a hydraulic cylinder connected to the tractor's hydraulic control (VCR), moving vertically to direct the grain's exit as needed. With this option, there's no need to move the tractor or truck to correctly position the load. The director can also be operated via remote control, where the system is connected to the tractor's control (requires continuous flow) and activated through an electro-hydraulic system, a set of valves activated by the remote control, moving the director as needed.

Weighing Scale

The weighing scale helps manage the property by weighing the amount of grains deposited inside the trailer, monitoring the quantity of each load, as well as the total amount the equipment collected during the harvest season.
