The solution for current maintenance

Available in 2 working widths (1.75 m and 2.03 m) for current maintenance of grassy areas.

Find a distributor near you

The range of TB 100 Select series shredders includes 2 models with working widths of 1.75 m and 2.03 m. Maintenance work on a farm encompasses most different situations and conditions, but will mostly be carried out in grassy areas on an irregular basis. The TB 100 Select series meets these versatile farmer´s requirements in verge, ditch and bank shredding.

Your benefits

Focus on versatility

Different working positions: behind the tractor in vertical, offset or angled position

For shredding in any situation

TB 100 Select series are capable of working:
  • Behind the tractor.
  • In offset position.
  • With angles of – 45° to + 90° for work in ditches or on slopes.

Exceptional kinematics

Offset and angling values speak for themselves. Access difficult areas thanks to the exceptional kinematics of the TB 100 Select series.

Choose the right tool

Choose between hammer knives (for grass, pasture) or Y knives (for scrub).

Small but robust

Spring-loaded NON-STOP safety of the TB 100 Select

Protected against shocks

A non-stop safety by springs is available to protect the structure against impacts. In order not to exceed the yield strength of the springs, a mechanical stop has been added.. The mechanical parts that are exposed to impacts (casing, belt guard, bearings...) are all protected.

Rotors and rollers: designed to last

The rotor is the main component of the machine. A single imbalance can affect wear of all other components.
To start on good bases, every rotor leaving the factory is carefully balanced thanks to meticulous procedures and high quality machining tools.
TB 100 Select series models are also fitted with a roller with removable ends.
Results: reduced easier maintenance and improved quality of work.
For work on uneven grounds, the casing is protected via the skids adjustable in height.
The rotor is the main shredder component for good shredding

Solid components

Models of the TB 100 SELECT series are designed for working times between
40 and 100 hours per year:
  • large offset arms, made up by two twin tubular pieces of 140 x 60mm
  • welded sheet metal lining
  • bolted Hardox skids as standard to protect the casing on the roadside.
The attachment frame provides robustness to the shredder

High-quality shredding

Different tools available for the TB 100 Select series

Fast decomposition of residues

Owing to the tools adapted to the rotor of diameter 400 mm and the bolted notched counter-knife, the shredding result will be excellent meaning it can meet today's shredding issues in parks and gardens:
  • Control the spreading of weeds.
  • Deal with the ban on the use of plant protection products.

A roller closest to the rotor for improved residue decomposition

The TB 100 Select series shredder roller is as close as possible to the rotor. In this way, residues are ejected over the roller. Their decomposition is quicker because the passage of the roller does not compact them. The visual result is impeccable.
Key features:
  • Excellent ground following.
  • Self-cleaning by hammer knives.
